I LOVE PUZZLE GAMES! To show my respects for them, I decided to do a Mr. Driller piece. The Mr. Driller series doesn't seem to get as much respect as it should, so here is my ode to the series! I titled it "10,000m Dig Onward!" since the main character name, Hori Susumu, essentially translates to "dig onward". I wanted the piece to pop into a bit of a 3d world as well, since keeping it all 2d would have been a little flat. I think the experiment in making it 3d turned out well. Hope you guys enjoy!

Amazing work! Mr. Driller is an awesome game, and you really did justice to it with this piece; the colours are amazingly vibrant, and it was a great decision to go for a three-dimensional style. Great piece; much respect and kudos on a portfolio-worthy illustration! :)
