This is the last profile in the UFO Catcher character profile set. This one features Mr. Bright Blue himself!

When I made this character, I wanted him to stand out as the leader of the catchers. His scarf has an emblem that assigns him with high ranks among his people. The scarf also helps him keep balance when taken to the skies in addition to all the jumping/falling he does.

In his catching efforts, he has also received an elite staff, another mark of high honors. This catcher uses his goggles to scan for any sort of leaders of the opposing forces. Once a leader has been found, he can then start scanning for weaknesses to assist in capture of the object using the ancient "contain-o-disc" relics, that he possesses two of.
